Invitation to Bid 21-01 Panasonic Toughbook FZ-55

Purpose:

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is for The City of St. Augustine Beach to purchase fifteen (15) Panasonic Toughbook FZ-55 that meets the requirements contained in bid 21-01.

Requirements:

Responses to this Invitation to bid shall be received in a sealed bid packet. Packets should be clearly marked to identify “Bid 21 -01”. Responses must be received no later than 3:00pm on Thursday, February 11th. Sealed bid packets shall be opened and read aloud in the City Manager’s Office on Thursday, February 11th at 3:00pm.

QUESTIONS AND INQUIRES

1. Questions must be addressed in writing to City of St. Augustine Beach at braddatz [at] cityofsab.org.
2. The last date to submit questions for clarification will be noon on Thursday, February 4th.
3. Addenda are posted on the City website at www.staugbch.com under Resources: City Documents: Bids and Request https://www.staugbch.com/rfps
4. It is the Vendors responsibly to make sure all addenda are acknowledged in their bid. Failure to do so could result in the bid being disqualified.

OPENING OF BIDS

1.  Bid Documents received on time will be opened publicly and Vendor’s names and total costs will be read aloud for the record.
2. The Contract will be awarded, or all Bid Documents will be rejected within thirty (30) days from the date of the Bid Document opening.

DELIVERY

1. Delivery must be made to the St. Augustine Beach City Hall.

• Delivery must be made within thirty (30) days from issuance of a Purchase Order unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
